Gallagher To Sing JOL Song in Tribute (Entered August 31, 2000) Oasis' Noel Gallagher told Radio 1 in Britain that he will perform a musical tribute to John Lennon. "It's the thing that's going out on what would have been John Lennon's 60th birthday. Liam might be doing 'Imagine,' I don't know if he's doing it or not. Alan's doing 'Instant Karma!' with Paul Weller, 'coz they use two drummers, so Steve and Allen are doing that." Noel went on to say: "I'm doing 'Tomorrow Never Knows' with Johnny Marr. Be great to have him playing guitar on some of our stuff." Moloko will also be featured on the show which will be presented by Jo Whiley and Jools Holland. |
