comment: Great site !! Was just listening to to Julian's new single Day aftar Day.... Great song... Though I know he likes to seperate himself from his father and the Beatles... He sounds alot like his father... Would be interesting to hear him play with the remaining Beatles.

comment: Hi, First of all what a great site! It's not the typical fanatical web-site full of weirdos believing that John Lennon was actually Jesus himself. Does anyone out there know if Julian, Sean or Yoko are planning to make an appearance of British television this year? May I also recommed the Paul McCartney biography 'Many Years From Now'. It is an excellent read and is an honest look at the Beatles from pre-Hamburg days until the present.

Name: andre tufolo comment: "Oh, oh, oh my dear Yoko! ... even when I watch T.V." I rather be listening to your CD's I love you very, very much my dear, dear Yoko. I had already been desperately in love with all of her songs on DOUBLE FANTASY and was amazed by her re-released albums but now I finally own, RISING and let me tell you ... this woman is a force within herself. Lennon, as magnificent as he was and will always remain, was but a satellite that revolved around her -- like Earth and moon though, unseperatable and equally beautiful and grand. I can only wish that YOKO will decide to come out with some new music and does a few shows. Unfortunately I have the burden of being born too early to appreciate anything that she's done at any important time. But now I must say that, not since I picked up my first Patti Smith album, has so much outworldy power flowed through my small 17 year old body and mind. I feel cleaner, a bit more disconnected to the world and a bit more connected to the galaxy -- or should I say universe. all right universe. Rage -- placed in a glass of (filled half way) peace and drunk I am, "high on rebellion," my rebellion stems from the knowledge and need (demand) for unity. a convergence of souls. I listen and my soul speaks ... I beesech you! allow me to break from the bondage that with which you have retained me as prisoner. ... Ono shrieks -- her voice supercedes common virtues instead of truth (my ultimate search) she talks of falseness and it translates nto -- truth. the message is clear but riddled with static -- a break in the beat and a break in (the) line a break in my rhythm an outworldly growl seeps into my ears a wish for longevity but not the responsibilities which follow. --- Yoko please continue to pass that torch. It's people like you that matter more than all those, "others" getting their heavy rotation on VH1 and MTV. It's become more and more rare these days to find a real GEM MUCH LIKE yourself.!
"Happy Birthday my love, you're" OUR "angel," and your magic powers have definately put a spell on me. If anyone knows any information on any type of performance ONO would be doing (although music would be the best) please notify me. Bless all of you. You are all, "oceans of love!"

comment: Hey peeps! I tink its good taht people still remember the Beatles and john and yoko. i love the musik, and what it stood 4.people dont accept that n our 'modern day society' nowadays, mostly now all that matters to people is fitting in and being "normal."right? i think the world lost a great thinker when John killed, and that scenario will continue to happen until nothing is left of us. I dont know, I just dont think it's fair that all the people that want 2 AND have the capabilities 2 make a difference r taken away b4 their dreams can b made n2 reality. I guess that means, in a sort of odd way, that u you should live your life to its fullest, and dont put things off that could perfectly well be taken care of now. Just a thought from a dedicated fan of john's musik and world wide influence.

comment: Hi, this is my first visit to IK. Some of you may remember that I wrote a book titled AS I WRITE THIS LETTER many years ago. Now I have a "virtual" book on the Internet called THE GIANT'S CHAIR. It contains many references to John Lennon. Check it out at 1stBooks Library(www.1stbooks.com) and read the "Free Preview".

And a personal thank you for choosing to come to Philadelphia and perform on Good Morning Philadelphia and Philly after Midnight on Feb. 25! There are many of us that "Believe" in you and will always be "Faithful". I listen to your music "Day after Day" and if someone says anything negative about you, "I Don't Wanna Know". We look forward to your tour in May. Your voice and lyrical talent are truly gifts from God. Thank you for sharing them with us. Diane

I am from Hamburg/Germany, the starting point of the Beatles and I have been a fan since 1963. I met them in 1966 when they came to Hamburg on their tour, which I will never forget. So all the best, Christina

comment: John Lennon, a hero and fellow Libran and air sign up the ying-yang. He is still with me and my family. The 60's changed all our lives. Thanks to what John started, a lot more of us give peace a chance. As we grow older and wiser, we get younger and more confident in our inner self.
thanks john and yoko

comment: I just wanted to remind everyone to keep the Ono family in their thoughts and prayers. We all know how difficult it can be to cope with the loss of someone close. Yoko's mother must have been a very supportive woman to raise such an individualistic and artistic visionary. I for one am thankful she raised Yoko the way she did.
Here is an address I came across on the net in case you would like to send your condolences. Yoko Ono-1 West 72nd St.-New York, NY-10023 ///o-o\\\
