Hollywood, CA - The American Red Cross and Capitol Records are joining hands in an effort to celebrate the spirit of the American public. On November 6th, Capitol Records released UNITED WE STAND, a collection of American classics celebrating togetherness and patriotism. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of the CD will be donated to the American Red Cross. These songs are intended to serve as a reminder of the gifts we so often take for granted as American citizens.

UNITED WE STAND is an unprecedented collection of patriotic and inspirational tunes. Ranging from John Lennon's "Imagine" to Lee Greenwood's "God Bless The USA." Also included are tracks from The Beach Boys, Al Green, Woody Guthrie and an exclusive track from Bruce Springsteen's former Steel Mill band mate, Robbin Thompson.
